I have checked both Ontario and West flyers and this appears to be a non-advertised special. I am in BC. This is a slightly bigger than normal can of tuna. At my store the limits have been removed so buy it cheap and stack it deep if your into skipjack. Skipjack is usually considered a low-grade tuna for taste but it also has less mercury in it than albacore or tongol according to the Federal Government testing.
