WOW, 2.97 watermelons, they're going to be small, better to price match at WM and get something bigger.

It's doesn't say mini, so I'm not sure what to expect. Freshco in Ontario has 9 lb. average watermelons for $3.99.

If memory serves me correctly from last year, they'll be just a tad bigger then grapefruits, I'll PM at WM.

I've found watermelons early on in the season tend to suck, end up throwing them out.

Hmm, maybe this is why the cashiers were asking if people had watermelons at Superstore.....

I assume those steaks aren't AAA?

I bought 4 of them in the last 3 weeks, they all had a nice ground spot and were great.

If prices keep going up I may have to settle for AA =/ At least I can sous-vide and finish on the grill so they still could be good

I dropped by my local No Frills, watermelons were a tad larger then a cantaloupe so I went to Walmart (down the street) and PM'ed, they were almost double the size.
