I read they had to cull the chicks cause they can't sell the chickens. I hope the agriculture makes a move to more sustainable, quality over horrendous ultra high yield situations. I honestly rather pay 2 times more for animal I knew saw daylight and got to run around even once a week.

I'd stock up if you got a big freezer, let's not let their deaths be in waste.

It's sad that Frills have to mark these down after they had them for .99 this entire week, goes to show you people aren't buying like they used to, I would've thought they would sell out at that price, in that area.

Was there today too and they had these go pure bars for 50 cents and these cheese and cracker 24 packs for 1.88.

Good dates too. This store always has good deals.

Is there a limit? Don't want to drive more than a couple KMS just for one pack.

I thought the holdover price from last week $1/lb is still a good price
Cabbagetown NF had lots at $1/lb but clearly labelled NO LIMIT
What a waste if they can't sell 'em

Brother purchased these this past week. There isn't a ton of meat on these but they're good for stock :)
I probably didn’t need it but bought it anyway

Pacific and Dundas location (Toronto) has chicken legs on sale for 30% off of $1 per lb.
Also this location have not been practicing social distancing for the past week. Just wondering if your local No Frills locations are. No security guard, no line up. It's massively busy inside.

Was by that location earlier this morning and noticed maybe half a dozen or so packages left. Expiry date is tomorrow so if you get your hands on some, should eat soon. But not worth it to drive out for what little stock there is.

wow, too bad my fridge AND freezer is so full, I actually had to put stuff in my SUV as storage last night... Maybe I'll have chicken legs tonight better than seeing them go to waste
