Noise from tenant in condo advice

Long story short.
My friend owns her condo downtown Toronto
Right across from elevator. (boo)
Neighbour's next door 3 girls that rent in one apt.
Party every sat night. Used to be to 3am.
Now to approx 1130pm after many complaints and emails to concierge and property management.
Going on for 1.5yrs.
Now they purposely smash against her wall and door when they're at the elevator and also yell out things like 'you shouldn't have bought a place across from the elevator!'

Does she have any options??

Thanks for any advice.

Condos are like hotels but worse. People live and cook in them and never leave, except to go to work.
You can hear right through the walls. People can have spy audio devices and listen to everything you do and say!
Smoking, weed, cigarettes, can come from units beside and bellow you.
There can be 5 people living in a 1 bedroom. Bad parking lots, surveillance state, noisy security guards... the list goes on and on.
Nothing you can do about except move. Might as well rent, easier to leave.

I think she may have SOME option here.
I just dunno what it is.
Condo board? The landlord? If he gets a fine I'm sure he'll deal with the girls.

Well buying opposite or near the elevator was a big mistake. All thry can really do is keep complaining to make sure it’s dicumented and go to the board. I’m surprised they haven’t been kicked out yet seeing as they’re a tenant and so many people have complained. We have always shut down noise issues with complaints. We also have a well run management office and board with zero tolerance for assholes.

Document and continue to make complaints to the board.

Complain to security every time it happens after 11pm.

Note the date and time and go to management. Management may do something about it or will get in contact with the owner.

Talk to your other neighbours to see if they have the same issues and get them to talk to management as well.

If they keep banging on your door or shout at you, consider to install a Ring Door view. It’s a camera that install on your peel hole and will record when there movement. You may need to pay a subscription fee 3$ a month to view recording that is save in their cloud. With the recording, you will have proof, audio and video recording.

Good idea.
Will pose it to her!
Ya she has cell phone recordings.i honestly thought she was exaggerating.
When I listened it was crazy.
They were going out of their way to be obnoxious just because they know she complained about them.

if you have video of them, you could sue them.

alternately if there are no cameras in your building, next time beat them up in the parking lot.

Trust me I ran it in my head. If I were there and they banged on her door I'd open it and it would get extremely messy. That is why I am purposely avoiding going there.
No cams in her hallway.

yeah that sucks man. Is this a big condo? management and security takes this stuff very seriously in my building... A noise complaint yields security banging on your door.. and if you don't want to play ball.. police are next... oh and if that fails, then condo fines.
