I used the chatbot to check the status of my 2 claims, both received the "not found in approved claims" message. Jesus Christ, I just realized this thread is from 2020, thats more than 5 years ago and still barely anything happened or anyone has gotten paid. Definitely one of the worst handled class actions ever.
First world problem…apologies in advance if my comment causes “significant emotional distress” to iPhone users.

You can double check for an email from the initial submission with the subject “ONLINE CLAIM FORM SUBMITTED”. Maybe it ended up in spam.
