Nvidia apparently settling GTX 970 VRAM Class Action Lawsuit, $30 per user?

Hey remember a while back it was discovered that the the GTX 970 was only using 3.5GB of VRAM at full speed and the extra 0.5GB was running at a slower speed, sometimes causing issues? Also a few other inaccuracies regarding its specs that were reported by reviewers, who were supplied info from Nvidia marketing team.

Well according to this Nvidia is going to settle a class action lawsuit and will give $30 USD to each user.

Not sure if Canada is included or when this will be available. May want to keep an eye out, if you are a GTX 970 owner.
