I frequent that area also don't think the go train sound would be borthersome

that say interested to hear experience for those who have moved in? I passed by that area and saw that probably half the houses already built has been occupied. I can expect many rent/for sale soon as I am sure that are speculative buyers although with the singles at $2m min I don't know how much you can gain from that

These homes are pretty far from the tracks and have a lot of trees and green space from the tracks. It's a non-issue
