The Oculus store has Population: One on sale for 23.99 as part of their daily deal for today.

The game rarely goes on sale, so seems good for those who just got a Quest 2.

Interesting. Not really interested in Battle Royale games however my kids might enjoy it. Looks like it's also crossbuy. Buy it for Quest 1/2 and can also install it for free on your Rift or Rift S and play with each other. It also supports crossplay from either Oculus or the Steam store. We also have a Rift so always looking for more cross buy, multiplayer games.

This is probably the best multiplayer VR game. Has a huge community and can always get lobbies. Great deal!

Agree, this is one of the best if not the best multiplayer game on Quest. I have lots of fun even though although I'm terrible at it.

Thanks OP gave it a shot and it is awesome!!

I’m using it on my quest natively. Any advantages to running it from my pc and airlink instead? (Ie better graphics?)

I use airlink (virtual desktop actually) to play PCVR games with an ideal setup and a 2080ti, and even for me there really isn't a point to not play this natively on Quest 2. They did an unbelievable job making it run so well on Quest 2. If you have a Quest 1 then airlink might be better.

Resident evil 2 & 3 VR mod was released today though and I been playing 2 through Virtual Desktop and it's amazing. Full motion controls and everything. 2 new Alyx quality VR games and I don't think most people know yet. They are working on adding motion controls for the other ones too. https://www.reddit.com/r/oculus/comment ... _released/
