Yes. Just make a ghost account and you're good to go.

Then getting it from Oculus makes more sense. They give you 30 days of trying it, if you dont like it, then just return it for free.
Stay strong, situation always looks harder and that it will never end when you are in the middle of it, but remember past experiences, everything has an ending.

People really gotta stop peddling that as an acceptable solution. The fact that Facebook is forcing itself on Oculus owners is not a good thing.

I'm definitely getting this. But torn between a 64 GB or the 256 GB. Anyone with Oculus quest experience can way in on the need for that much space?

I think new Oculus accounts still need to link to Facebook and there's a deadline by 2021 (or 2023) where EVERYONE must link to Oculus - including developers...
only price errors are true deals - such is the philosophy of RFD.

Pretty pissed, got the Quest from Best Buy three weeks ago for $550. Can't return it either since it's open.

Any idea if you'd have to pay for return shipping? I looked on their site and it's not clear.

I bought my Quest 1 at the beginning of the pandemic and probably haven't gotten enough use out of it but I am compelled to get one of these Quest 2...I pre-ordered a 2 "just in case" but I'm not really sure what to do with my Quest 1 now.

edit: Accessories are up on Bestbuy.ca now too, including the Link Cable which I haven't seen for sale here before.
