Conference call that happened after. 100 companies interested in BO. No RS for good now :). Holding out..This is all house money anyways.
Most important takeaway and the reason for the 30% drop is new 60mn share dilution. No worthwhile news on BO- they hope it happens sometime in the next year lol. Pretty lame earnings call. The opportunity cost for holding this one is too great, time to move on.

Thought you bought in at under a dollar and was high on it? Buyout isn’t happening?

Took all my MVIS proceeds and put it in SPI. Solar company from Hong Kong operating around the world and listed on the NASDAQ. Chart shows a golden cross about to happen with both short and mid term price averages about to cross the long term price average from below.

First time buying purely on technical analysis. See how it goes.

They filed a mix shelf for up to $100m though. Not worried of share dilution?

Only plan on holding for ~1 month max, not sure if future dilution is relevant for my timeline. Enjoying the daily increases for now.

Holding GPV.VN still. Last few days its gone up ten cents a day. Trading around $1.50 right now. It's a slow burner rather than some of them super swing volatile stocks. My Nio is taking a beating but I don't even class that as penny stock anymore!

Are you still holding 20% MVIS? Some nice numbers the other day

That's a nice growth. The EV/solar/renewable stuff interests me, its not going away. My only worry with all this Trump political posturing with China some of the Chinese stocks are taking a beating

MVIS earnings looked brutal, I don't get the talk about a buyout at these (or worse the $1b) level. Even not looking at their losses, their revenue halved in 2019 to $9m, granted from a historical high of $18m, but this year it looks like it may halve again. Its current market cap of $245m is still downright frothy, I can't imagine a buyout unless a company just feels like spending a couple hundred million more than it would cost to just license the tech. If it were at $30-50m, a buyout going as high as $100m? Maybe if a company is frisky. But not at $200m+ for a company that has historical losses of almost $400m from the last 15 years and 0 profitable quarters to boot.

Edit: sorry they did have a profitable Q3 of 2018, at $0.3m on a historical high of $11.6m revenue (not sure what that's from, but that quarter looks like an anomaly)

Oh I looked at their financials too.. it's really bad lol. I'm only investing in them because of the fact that they have so many patents and there's a lot of companies that want to get into AR. They are bleeding money everyday but they don't want to settle for a lowball offer from "100" potential customers...I'm not gonna lie... this is at least 80% gambling on this stock... but i think it's worth the risk lol.

They have over 450 IP/patents that are basically the future of AR/VR/LiDAR. They are awful as an operating company but their tech is outstanding and would be a blessing to most tech/OEMs. They will sell some or all
Verticals and wrap up operations within a year is my guess but really it could happen at any time. I don’t think it’s gambling if you know the tech side and the value.

I’d say there is a 100% chance they get bought out/merged and at a multiple of billions. My guess is between $2-3billion based on comparisons of similar BOs involving this level of tech and their industry leading innovation. Management wise they have been a horrible company, but they have the potential to fly if in the right hands of an acquirer. Big tech would be stupid to give this up. I wouldn’t be surprised a bit if there truly are multiple interested parties and bidders.

Share price won’t matter at BO, only quantity of shares. I continue to accumulate and don’t see it as a gamble, but a calculated play. It’s certainly not for everyone though.

Also - Faken, check out EMAN. Good things happening with them - also tech (micro displays).

Haven't been here in a minute.

Most recent profits were $CLSK from $6.6 to $9.08 that I secured profits. Put the profits and started a position into $JAGX. I see $1+ coming soon for this ticker. Covid related PR should be coming anytime soon. Also has new IND for their drug for diarrhea.

Started position in $ADMA - convalescent plasma will be big in coming months, FDA , POTUS, promoting it bigly. Once they get FDA EUA approval, should go. Short-mid term PT $6, Longer term $9.

Still holding $XSPA for the big pop. It's coming, more and more news articles released regarding testing for travelers and in airports. Just a matter of time. Will be getting out though in next , looking for $6-7+, great potential throughout this pandemic if everything goes according to their plan.

Still holding $AIM - Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is getting more spotlight as being researched to be a long term complication of Covid 19. What treats CFS? Ampligen :) Holding until at least $6-8+. ]

$CJJD - held this ticker from early June when it dropped after $2 Direct Offering, went as high as $2, didn't sell then , got greedy. It then plummeted again due to Q1 ER delay release. Q2 ER supposed to be this month and rumoured to be better than Q1 since 2 months lockdown lifted and China citizens went out to buy medical supplies. Will sell this time near $2, but has potential gap fill back to $3+ if ER for Q2 is amazing.

$XERS - called out this ticker saying loading zone was $2.7-2.9 couple weeks back, look at it now, baby steps into the $3.3's, just lovely. Looking for $5+. First Liquid glucagon medication out on the market for severe hypoglycemia.

$ABIO - added to position after ER, dropped as low as $6.04, way undervalued. The pop is coming here, has research for Covid 19 . Direct Offering at $9. "we detected a possible additional route of CoV-2 binding and host cell internalization that is upregulated in remodeled human ventricles, involving integrin A5. This information sets the stage for the development of diagnostic approaches to and therapeutic manipulation of ACE2 for preventing CoV-2-host cell internalization while preserving functional activity, and may identify a new target for intervening in the cell infectious process."

$CODA - still holding position here , looking for $10-12 when it pops. Underwater sonar technology company used for national defenses and oil spills.

$LCA - started position here at $12 - merger in Q3 to become Golden Nugget Online gaming/casino - looking for $20+.

$BIOL - started position here at $0.4, finished direct offering at this price and will be crucial for dentists and hygienists going forward with their laser technology in preventing spread/infection of covid 19 in dental offices.

$GHSI - started position here - Boosting nutraceuticals company, ER next week I believe, rumoured to be better than ALL of their 2019. Will monitor. Technically, the chart looks primed for a break out soon.

$CEMI - started position here - looking for $10+ gains when FDA EUA is approved for their antigen testing.

$TRVN, started position Thursday, PDUFA approval deadline for their moderate-severe pain opioid (morphine alternative which is pretty big) was Friday, was a huge risk with 3 20-30% drops during the day because market makers wanted to scare retailers. PDUFA finally approved at 7 PM last night lol. See continued run up to $5+ Monday. Will be selling into the FOMO run.

$ACOR - swing position from $0.7 to $0.9 PT.

$SGBX - can make covid 19 testing mobile stations - started at $2.7, looking for $4-5+.

Holding $IZEA, GNUS, GLBS, HOFV, NERV, ATE, ZOM bags from when I didn't really know what I was doing = long term investments.

I made a nice profit from ATE a couple years ago. It's been stagnant since then right? Results of phase 1 or something?

Needs more testing, it did rise as high as $0.88 (I should have sold here) so probably another 1 year hold at least.
