Yep, its been 50% most week. They've even had 60% off twice in the last two months.

My wife picked up a trench coat the 1st time, I liked the quality and picked up one for myself the 2nd time it dropped to 60% off

I ordered a couple pair of jeans over a month ago. After saying they were shipped them two weeks later getting an email saying they were cancelled, then last week receiving another email saying they were shipped I still don't know what's going on. I spent a lot of time on chat with no results, they can't do anything for you except to tell you to call their customer service line and reorder for the same price. I tried that twice but after being on hold for over half an hour both times I gave up. Went back to chat and told them to forget it as my order was already cancelled. They refunded the money on my credit card, then the last email came saying they were shipped and to either accept them and send them an email authorizing them to charge my credit card again, or refuse them and have them sent back. What a nightmare dealing with that company. Hope others are having better luck than I have. Not sure what I'll do if I ever receive them, but they say they're on the way and Canada Post says they'll be delivered this week. We'll see.

The luxury polos at Banana Republic are $8 more expensive than what I got them for on Saturday. This 50-60% off stuff is such crap with them.

Yikes, my wife ordered some stuff from old Navy a week ago, and no updates yet. Ordered May 7th and it’s saying may 29th at the latest. Now I’m a bit concerned.

I thought Uniqlo was bad, 2 weeks of radio silence then my package just showed up one day.

Ordered from old navy twice already. First time they sent it in 2 orders. Took a while but that’s expected during these times. I did have two items cancelled. It’s s little weird on the credit card cuz they still charged me for the two cancelled items so I had to call them back. Kinda a pain in the butt.

Still waiting for my second order which I placed a week ago. I hope it doesn’t get split up 10 tines

Emailed them - their answer is basically "We'll get to it when we get to it."

If you plan to make any purchases, expect returns to take forever (or not happen if they end up going out of business)

I had a similar issue. They received my return on Apr 20th but I haven’t gotten a refund yet!
