I didn't go through paypal, just credit card, but got an email from CC company (Scotia) saying there was a $1.31 charge from MARK PayPal. Not sure what that was about. I logged onto Scotia and only saw the $4.99 charge. Oh well.

The Chinese account name showed up on my Paypal transaction actually reads "OLight" in Chinese, probably a direct charge from the manufacturer, seems pretty legit :) thx OP

If it's anything remotely bright, it will be dead in minutes, just keep in mind of its limitation.

A long time ago before everyone had cellphone, a EDC flashlight may make sense but all phones have LEDs nowadays...

I'll rather get a rechargeable lithium-ion flashlight, higher max brightness and last longer
