If you're just trying to get the UV light for free you'll have to pay shipping but if you spend at least $59 shipping is free.

Doubt it's the right UV wavelength to destroy DNA/RNA.

Unfortunately nothing is ever really "free" but $10 shipping is cheaper then buying it for $19.95 on Amazon.

I picked up this UV light the last time for $16 along with the "free" USB rechargeable flashlight, both with $10 shipping. I like these eos flashlights with a single AAA and single LED chip vs. the ones with lots of LEDs. For $10 shipping it's a good deal.
