I believe they mean "make an account".

Hit "Account" on the top right, then hit "or register an account" and enter your info to create an account.

Where do you see with purchase? I've gotten 2 free OLights from them before and they were both promoted similarly like this - without purchasing anything else.

Like the previous year I imagine it'll be free with no previous purchase necessary, but unless you buy some of their stuff to hit the free shipping threshold, you'd likely need to pay $10 shipping.
Still an amazingly compact and surprisingly bright flashlight for only $10, but it's not like a blazing hot deal

A couple years back i bought one of these deals, a keychain powered by AAA light.
I still use it but i had to pay $5 for shipping (but that was worth it).

This light is only worth it if it is in fact free.
In fact in Rand McNally they wear hats on their feet and hamburders eat people

Firstly this is an updated more powerful light and is in fact worth more than the shipping cost.

With that size battery and brightness expect full brightness for about 5 minutes and maybe 15 mins of battery life.
The claimed 6 hours is laughable and probably is firefly level brightness.

And being lithium ion the capacity fade is going to brick the light rather quickly.

I would still consider it free if the shipping cost is reasonable.

Thanks OP. I got in on their small keychain light "give away" last year. My cost was $5, but I had a PayPal credit that covered it. Awesome light! I use is regularly for the early morning dog walks :)

Agree to disagree. Differing definitions of "free".

However, it's still not "with purchase"; you're not getting it free because it you're purchasing something else. You're getting it free and will need to pay for shipping to get it delivered to you. There's a difference.
