OP's question is too broad. May you narrow the content?

Meiji: Ambassador Swanbeck, I have concluded that your treaty is NOT in the best interests of my people. So sorry, but you may not.
Swanbeck: This is an outrage!

They're all community colleges and have good reputation with employers and other post-secondary institutes.

Keep your proximity in mind and consider going to one close to you.

What program are you interested in?

yes, all 3 are equally good at the eyes of employers. Some students may have better experience at one college compared to another. Some college may offer co-op while the same program at another college may not. Co-op option is the difference maker here.

Your question is too broad, good in what sense? which program? who is the student? etc to get a better answer.

Why would that matter? Shouldn't you be looking at programs you want to take?

Talk to some paralegals and ask them about the reputation of these programs. Or ask the programs what their employment rates are.
