I'm surprised the offer is valid in Canada. Usually we get the cold shoulder from OnePlus compared to the us when it comes to offers. I'm in the market for a new phone, but think I may wait until black Friday

I like my oneplus buds so much I think for my next phone I'll give oneplus a try.
I just wish they would be physically smaller :(

Sweet deal regardless :)

Edit: AWESOME DEAL, you get 2 pairs of oneplus buds for FREE 99!!

When does this expire (time)? I don't have until this evening to convince my better half that we need 2 of these phones :) we currently have a OP5 and a OP6 and were recently looking at the Pixel 5, but the 8T seems really nice, wish it would have wireless charging though

Kinda sad to watch OnePlus crash and burn... I expect better deals for Black Friday.

This is better than their typical Black Friday deal if you can find someone to get one with you - Last year Black Friday it was just $130 off I believe

Asking the real questions!

I think they might figure that out and only allow the half price refund but won't know till someone tries to return.

When you order it, it shows as 2 devices @ $824.25 each, so I'm assuming this is what they will give if you try to return

Would not recommend this phone

Mediocre cameras, lack of IP rating, and the neglecting of updates from OnePlus for older devices

Don't let the free OnePlus buds attract you either, they're easily one of the worst TWS headphones vs. the competition

8T has the same main camera as the 8... which has the same main camera as the 7T
Strictly from a camera standpoint, I am not touching the 8T.

Though if you don't care much about camera, then Oxygen OS is still nice.

Which competing products (specifics)?
I have a dozen wireless buds and these are easily my favorite..
Do you own a pair?

Was a OP fan from the original to the 3 then left, better options. Currently using a P30 Pro been very happy w it 18 mths in w 92% battery health remaining. Been a solid phone and hoping to easily use for 3 years at least
How can I be broke when I am saving so much?

Mediocre as in worse than a 2010 phone camera or mediocre as in "it doesn't match the pixel /iPhone /note 20 ultra" camera?

Because if it's the latter that's not so bad. We have a one plus 6T and the camera is good. Can they make the camera worse than that? Lol

No wireless charging or ip rating for a 1100 dollar phone, plus it only has a single speaker. Even with the other half off and the free buds, no way.
