Online English Teacher (work from home) job

I recently applied to this job (see screenshot attached) and I'm preparing for my interview. This company is a partner with the Beijing based company VIPKID (a Chinese online education firm that offers an American elementary education experience to Chinese students). I don't have a teaching degree or experience with school children, this is one of the few companies that say it is not mandatory, training provided. The recruiter has been sending me emails to say they look forward to working with me. Encouraging and polite. But after watching YouTube videos they sound rigid when judging their teachers. Does anyone here work with them? Have any feedback? Thanks for any info.
