Online Tire Store Fall Sales

I'm looking to pick up wheels and winter tires for my '18 Hyundai Santa Fe XL this fall - considering Nexen's and as they are not always available in local dealers, I'm likely to be buying them from an online retailer. Can anyone recommend a good online dealer in Canada and do you know of the typical timing of any sales coming up? IE any thanksgiving sales or will I need to wait for Black Friday? Other timing?
