the stove is 30 wide and I think a gas one is necessary as the hook up behind is not 240V

heres a pic would appreciate insight on best option for a great price
Whats the depth on the cabinetry surrounding the fridge? Dont want to buy something too shallow (doors will hit the sides) or too long (fridge will stick out too much and block walk way/path)

Stove seems like a standard 30 inch with no over hang on to the counter top (correct me if I'm wrong) -

I have this combo (bought on sale):

Wife loves it - so I'm happy :)

You didn't mention a budget - gas ranges are generally all good, not much goes wrong, more aesthetics and if you're really into cooking, then look at the max BTUs per burner etc.

I can go up a bit in budget, looking for a fridge and a stove. I sorta liked some of the LG ones at lowes they seemed nice.

whats best bang for buck and do you advise Costco? are those prices including the 25%?

25% does not apply to any gas range/cooktop that I have come across. So no discount from any retailer that I've seen.

Pretty much same applies for fridges - very select few - no 36 inch ones that I've seen.

Costco generally is around the same price but
- has 2 year warranty included(can buy up to 5 years if you want)
- has 90 day returns
- has haul away included (for most appliances, also old appliances must be disconnected)

So yes I would recommend Costco, unless you're getting a way better deal from somewhere else.

Thanks, that's all I had been seeing. Wasn't sure if I was missing something.

Because most refrigerators are already Tier 2, I guess it didn't make much sense for the Government to include those in the rebates as people would be just replacing their fridge with a new one just because rather than a more efficient one, which defeats the purpose of the energy rebate.
Tis banana is IRIE

10% off is cold, 50% off is warm, 75% off is hot, but FREE IS RFD!

How do I know if a particular model is eligible for the rebate? I got this fridge LMXC23796S coming and wondered.

LG 3800/3900 ‐ $1500 tax included Costco will probably have the same deal on Black Friday
