Get the Ecobee3 if you're not sure which one to pick :)
Best with ST hub?

I'm with the PeakSaver plus program, I can still sign up can't I?

E3 on it's own, with the native app is already "perfect" for my needs, but with ST via CoRE; it's even more versatile :)

Call me a pessimist, but every time the government tries something new, it just ends up being a big waste of money. They should just let consumers buy thermostats and send the upc code for a rebate like they do in the States.
They already do that through Embridge Gas

This is the next level. Pretty sure the Ontario Government is trying to do anything and everything to Wynne back voters, probably not going to happen but I'll take the freebee anyway - if they're going to waste money, waste it on me!
$28 Phone Plan:
  • Unlimited Data (25gb LTE)
  • Unlimited Talk / Text
  • Unlimited Roaming in US / Canada / Mexico
  • eSIM (allows dual SIM)

NEST > ECOBEE.

I've used the 2 products (nest 3 and ecobee lite), nest is a way better hardware.

Just went through the whole signup process, took a while (with few of those glitches showing up), but managed to get to the Congratulations page.

Anyway to answer this incorrectly besides not having either a centralized a/c and furnace? I don't know which house wouldn't have one.

Ok got confirmation screen.

Fingers crossed now.

I heard Ecobee is better for Apple users and Nest is suited for Android?

For those that didn't get a confirmation email (neither did I), I just tried signing up a second time and the website actually recognized my email is already in the system. so hopefully it's just their email server that's borked and we're still signed up.
