For Ontario: Internet deal under 30 dollar

My friend had a fido but now they are increasing the price. He only was getting 5mbps and now has to pay 45 dollars. He is thinking of shut his internet completely as he can't afford that. Is there any deal/internet service provider around Brampton area for light browsing under 30 dollars? L6X, high rise apartment bulding

Teksavvy IMO. They have a lite usage package that should suit his needs.

Keep checking the Rogers thread, sometimes new signups can be $25 for 75 mbs. I am one of those, tho I did have a price increase so it's $28 a month now.
