Are Ontario schools removing themselves from the Fraser Institute rankings?

The reason I ask is because one of the nearby elementary schools is no longer listed in the rankings. It was there in 2016, but not in 2017. I note though that in 2016 it was in the bottom 10% of all Ontario schools, so they'd have a good incentive to remove themselves. In fact, you can't even easily find the previous years' ratings on this school. It's like it's been scrubbed from existence. Yes, the school is still open, AFAIK.

This is the school:

It was mentioned in this article:

If you go in the EQAO website , the report for the school says: "
Protection of Personal Information
The minimum number of participating students for publication of achievement results is 10. The minimum number of respondents for the release of questionnaire results is six. The EQAO term for the application of these rules is "suppression."

Basically sample size was too small so results weren't related to protect student privacy.

I note in some previous years, some schools would still be listed on the Fraser Institute's list, but with no data or score in that particular year. However, this school has just completely disappeared off the main list. I wonder what the difference is.

Grade 3 and 6 cohorts are probably too small. The staff list shows a 3/4 class and a 5/6 class as the only 3s and 6s in the school. 2015 enrollment was 115 overall. It's a tiny school.
