no physical location or phone number I usually am a bit sceptical if you are looking for a phone see if https://www.getorchard.com works for you. I haven't bought a phone from them but did sell them one without any issues.

I haven't bought from them, but I go by one of their stores from time to time... just never during their business hours. My co-worker has bought from them and it was fine. That being said, I would feel better seeing the item in store .... you didn't specify your location so I'm going to assume you're buying online. Looked at their return policy and you only have 7 days to request a return, there's a 15% restocking fee, and you have to pay return shipping (unless the item is defective or they sent you the wrong item). Are you comfortable with those terms?

Most of the items(new versions) are open box items unless we chose 3-4 years old phones.

Seems fine and usually we also do not return apple products just because we didnt like them right because we are well aware of apple products by now, we return them if they r defective.
