Options for Month to Month Rentals?

I sold my condo a few months ago and need to move out by by the end of November. Haven't been able to purchase another suitable property so far, but am still actively looking. I don't want to lock myself into a 1 year lease as I expect to have found another property by then.

So far I have looked on Kijiji for lease takeovers and Airbnb for monthly rentals. Are there any other options I should be considering?

Thanks,

If you are in Ontario you’ll probably come out way ahead

Except he won't get the money for closing and/or get charged with trespassing

In Ontario, trespassing is still illegal

Just sign a one year lease. When it comes time to move, just offer a couple hundred extra bucks for the trouble of finding them a new tenant.
