Thanks,
How old are you?
What do you currently do for a living?
What are you good at?
What do you enjoy doing?
How many hours can you dedicate to this business daily/weekly?

I hate doing physical work, so I would hate starting a business that involves any of that.

And the op hasn't provided sufficient information for us to provide him with a proper response.

What do you for a living now? What are your skills?
What do you enjoy doing, or what do you think you would enjoy doing?

So you are looking for a problem, by offering as a solution via mid-age body and some capital ;)
Without mentioning any specific skills, background, and areas of expertise it's a giant waste of community time.

Here's a no-brainier
Construction season starts: learn how to hang a drywall and finishing it (muddying at Level 4-5) and you won't stop making money rest of the year.
If you learn to do Italian plaster and stucco - even better.
This should set you at much less than $5K even as tools.

Office cleaning. Work outside of normal hours, Get a few customers and you can hire staff. Office might not be as busy with remote/hybrid arrangements but still need to be cleaned.

Thanks,
Your starting point for doing a business should be what skills and business idea you have, not how much $ you have. If your business idea is good enough, and all you are missing is $, there are options for that. There are some government grants. You can also contact your bank and provide a business proposal. They can offer loans if they like your plan. You can also take the Dragon's Den approach. Maybe join up business net working events and get your presence known. Eventually you'll probably find someone who might help you with the $ problem. My philosophy is that the type of entrepreneur who would be successful at it, would never be stopped due to lack of capital. They'd take it upon themselves to work up their charisma to convince others to give them money.

If you have good writing skills for example, you can write a book and earn royalties. It costs nothing except some electricity and time to type something on your laptop. This is not a business but it's certainly an income. Of course, anything that's free is bound to have a lot of people trying. This is just to show that your options aren't limited by $. A book is where you offer some interesting read to others. If you suck at writing, then it's not an option. Making money requires a mindset of being of service to others. You need a value proposition.

My ex SIL did that when he got laid off many years ago. Paid $180 for a new mower, had 12,000 flyers put in those envelope packs we get in the mailbox. He had work enough for 27 hours a day nine days a week if he felt inclined.
