OSAP SCAMS

Hi guys. i know someone receiving osap from university for years.
however it came to my attention that for last year along. his have been receive more than 200k CAD in his account.

please kindly help to direct me how to report this matter.

Did you try the OSAP website? They're very helpful there and even provide a phone number. Imagine that...

Why do you think it's a scam? Some programs are very expensive...

How do you know it's all from OSAP and not from a line of credit or other source?
