OSAP and study in Yukon

I am a mature student and planning to study at Yukon College, Whitehorse. I have a few questions about OSAP and studying out of province. Is the grant part of OSAP reduced if I study in another province, Yukon? Does the amount of money OSAP give me depend only on income or are assets taken into account? Also, is there a different OSAP rate for trade courses (culinary arts) than for degrees in science? I have been putting different data into the OSAP aid estimator but am not able to see a pattern in what they will give me.
