To be on the safe side, I would send two receipts over $100, because the terms say "...purchases of participating P&G Costco Products totaling $100 or more"

If you submit one receipt over $200, they most likely will send only one Shop Card, since it falls in the "or more" category.

Had they stated "for every $100" you would be entitled to one Shop Card, then you would submit one receipt for $200+

Costco puts a limit of 1 per brand for the toilet paper and paper towels in store, which makes it harder this year to make it 100 dollars with just toilet paper and paper towel. Charmin is on sale on costco.ca and does not have a limit though, but price is still much higher than in-store?

Edit: Limit 1 per member online as well.

Is there a formal list of products eligible for this offer or do we just look at the picture posted in the OP? I bought some Woolite and didn't see it in the picture so I am assuming it doesn't qualify. However, the picture also seems to be a very narrow range of products so I wasn't sure if there were other things that might qualify.

That's not true. If you try to add more than one to your cart online it will say "This item has a maximum order quantity of 1"

Anything they sell in store will almost always be cheaper than online. It's all shipping.

Not understanding the "limit 1" issue - it's not like they have to be on the same paper receipt ? Can't just get it next time prior to Nov 22 ?

You can certainly do that since they allow multiple receipts to be combined, it will just take a lot more of your time to hit the max. digitalcitizen was saying you can't just only buy toilet paper and paper towels and submit in one go.

Well, I'm in the same boat....once a year this deal happens and many will take advantage, if they're Charmin users, to stock up at what would be the cheapest price of the year (generally).
*this is a deal site, so, yeah, when people miss out they may comment on a specific **** emotion. I laughed at the posters comment and you write the above...so, I'm commenting to balance the scales*
