I forgot about this and all my points expired. I sent a message through the app and they reinstated my points within 5 minutes. I have enough to order $23 in Amazon gift cards.

Was also able to take advantage of the $5 Paypal thing.

I think they just go inactive if nothing is entered for 1 year. You can do as the PP did and just email them to re-activate it.
