I've found it's highly location dependent. I moved a while ago. In my previous location dominos was great. In my new location it's been pretty garbage.
But I generally agree with your ranking. Papa Johns is as good as or better than dominos, but its so expensive usually when dominos was good at my last place it was never worth ordering papa johns.

Sadly didn't work for me in Mississauga, "Promo code PJ50 expired on 03/15."
I do prefer them over Domino's and Pizza Nova (and obvs Pizza Pizza).

PJ stuffed crust pizza is worth the extra $4. Way better than pizza hut's stuffed.
