Decent deal, last summer it was a $30 promo card on a $100 purchase IIRC. This deal is a straight up deduction.

This is great if your buying some motor oil. Price match some other place that's selling a bottle for around $25.

I'm pretty sure the offer doesn't apply to price matched items.

I think its a great offer to use with the Rotella synthetic for $33 that you can get a $10 per jug rebate from shell up to 4 jugs.

It does. Ive done it before (price matched Pennzoil from CT), used the $25 off coupon on 3 bottles and finally gotten $30 in rebates.

If you read the fine print at the bottom of the flyer for the terms of the offer, it says excludes price match items, so i would assume getting the offer on something you price match will be YMMV

Nah. I went in store, asked them if they price match Canadian Tire. They said yes. I picked up the stuff and they scanned it. At the end I asked if they would also use the coupon and they were good with it.
