Past prices of a Condo building?

Hello,

Is there a service free/paid available that will tell me the the previously sold mls listings for a condo/townhouse complex?

Thanks.

If you have a good agent that you work with, they can look it up for you.

No, dont have an realtor agent.. Curious at this stage how a particular location has increased, as I maybe looking to buy. I am in Mississauga..

Are there any agents/websites that provide this service?

Good Morning
Try condos.ca , I don't know how accurate the past prices they list are, but I guess its a start.

Realmarketwatch.ca is good, problem is it's in Chinese (no biggie) and it's down a lot.
Another good one is http://bestgtahome.com/ListingReport which is also Chinese. You need to register which is free but for some reason it doesn't work now. You can still use it just that you need to close the popups every time you move the map.

I've been trying to use Realmarketwatch.ca for days and it's been down. Guess they got shut down by TREB?
