They should have just said they were sold out of the pasta with mussels in the first place without offering anything extra. The false promise leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Take matters into your own hands and complain on their instagram page. They have time posting but no time replying to our emails?
Either have them deliver their promise or have their reputation on the line
I saw the email and thought it was super lame. The pasta was okay for the price I paid but I don't think I'd pay full price for it, unfortunately. The "delivery" experience was also extremely poor.
Need to spend $50+ again in order to get the "missing" Pasta with shrimp/mussel they promised.

I would had been more glad if they just pull some BS and said there's some missing ingredients hard to source and they will no longer have this product or something.

Who is missing it? I made it last week... Shrimp is widely available. Mussels are slightly harder to find but I can definitely get them if I want to pay for them.
Pasta I make so as long as we don't have a flour and egg shortage again we'll be okay.

Speak from the perspective that your audience has limited information. Then you can get your point across. Otherwise it sounds like random incoherent rambling.
Your OP only directly addresses people who have knowledge of the situation or are affected. If you explain the entire situations, others can then make an informed opinion and actually help advocate for you.
However I do understand in a moment of disappointment and rage, people don’t really think things through and just start blurting out things.
