Pasture raised farms?

Anyone know any good sites for pasture raised meats? I want to stop buying meats from your typical grocery store and start getting a higher quality organic meat.

Found this site, prices don’t seem to much more $$ than your typical grocery store prices. Any other places?

I don't know if they're pastured raised, but they're grass fed, supplemented with animal feed. Available at Whole Foods and other grocers.

Otherwise it's the usual suspects, Cumbrae's, Healthy Butcher. Maybe white house meats? Not sure if they carry pasture raised.

EDIT: these guys can provide grass fed or grain finished, depending on preference:

$14/lb for bacon is not much more than grocery store?
We're all bozos on the bus until we find a way to express ourselves...

Failure is always an option...just not the preferred one!

It def more pricey, but not by that much. I was thinking of ordering the larger pkg's they sell and split it with a friend. They have options for like 10 pounds of ground beef, steaks, ribs etc.

The only guarantee would be to raise your own.
Barring that, find a farmer and establish a relationship with them. Many would be quite proud to show you their operations.
What kinds of things are you seeking, and where are you located?

Located in North York. I am looking to cut back on my meat consumption but the meat I do eat I would like it to be of higher quality.

Mostly chicken thighs (bone in, skin on) and the occasional steak (rib steak) & pork cut (pork butt, bone in).
