We eat bamboo shoots and lemongrass which is almost like wood except it's cut into really fine fibers.

It's still vegan friendly LOL.
We're all bozos on the bus until we find a way to express ourselves...

Failure is always an option...just not the preferred one!

To be fair, cellulose in cheese is stupid as well.
I know why it's in there (anti clumping usually, padding optional) but it still messes with the melt characteristics.

Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.

Wood in the meatless burger. That's a feature, not a defect.
