PC Financial World Elite MC Foreign fees

When I signed up for the PC Financial World Elite Mastercard, I seemed to remember that it had no foreign currency conversion fee. But I am being charged 2.5% fee.
Did I just remember this wrong, or did this card start out with 0% conversion fee?

thanks

You may have seen that the card had no fee (i.e. no annual fees), but as far back as September 2015, someone reported that they did charge a foreign currency conversion fee.

I wish PCF elite could waive / remove the foreign currency (2.5%).... If they do then this will my go to card even in the US rather using rogers platinum or amazon credit card
If you are interested in a card with no foreign currency conversion fee, you would be better served with an Amazon.ca Visa card from Chase.

Thanks for the info.

I do have the Amazon.ca Visa. I should have used that. Doh!
