Been with insider program for a few months now. Yesterday I tried to book a flight with pctravel. Booked a flight to England via Air Transat. Their website didn’t give me the options to get the step tier flight (with seat selection and baggage), only their cheapest fare which is a bare bones fare. Site wasn’t very good on details

Ended up calling in and booked the flight. Verified it afterwards on the Air Transat site afterwards. So it all worked. Was I on hold for a long time? Yes. Was it annoying that the site sucks? Yes. But the phone reps were friendly and helpful. It was a time suck for $99, but hey it’s $99.

If it’s a complicated flight with connections or involves a hotel package, don’t know if pctravel is my first choice. Simple flight to somewhere, I’d do it with them

Just a heads up. I just discovered that you need a 3 night minimum hotel stay to use the $99 travel credit. Wish I had known that before signing up Unamused Face
Good to know. I'm really glad I didn't sign up now.

That is why thing like costco and amazon prime r not for me
I was paid $20 last year to shop at Costco and Amazon costs me like $0.50/package. Sure it costs money, but considering that most other people charge FAR more for shipping, I'll eat it.

It'll pay off in 11 grocery orders
How'd you get 11? Shouldn't it be 17 (3x17=51)
If it was 11 I might have signed up. But 17 was too many for me.

Pampers regularly has $10 off coupons when you buy two boxes.
Thanks for the great info. Sounds like you have it down to a science :)

Question - where do you get the $10 Pampers coupons?

The $10 Pampers coupons are at my RCSS. They have pads in several locations in the store.

Loblaw charges $5 per online grocery order, so 11 orders would cover the cost. I'll be placing orders between No Frills & Loblaw.

I just placed an order at No Frills yesterday. Same day order and they did a good job at it! Saved me time!

Here it's $3 unless it's a weekend.

Some confusion for me booking a hotel on pctravel.

Has anyone used it to book?

I go through to checkout. Are taxes included in the final total?

Main page says
Total Estimated Hotel Charges
$362.00 CAD + applicable taxes

When I get to the final page it says $362

Where are the applicable taxes?

Thanks

Does pctravel price match Expedia? I found the exact same hotel and air for $100 cheaper on Expedia.

Thanks
