PC for live-streaming on OBS

Hi Guys,

I am searching for a PC to stream video from an HDMI capture card, and a PowerPoint presentation on a second display.

The OBS forums recommend hardware encoding on an Nvidia graphics card with Turing NVENC technology.

I set out to find a computer with GTX 1650 Super, being the cheapest card with Turing NVENC.

I found the Dell G5 for $849.

Deal?

It's not great, but it's not awful either. Using PCPartPicker the cheapest I could get an equivalent system was $765, so a sub-$100 markup for Windows/being prebuilt/having a warranty and support seems decent.

You'd probably want to upgrade to 16GB of memory though (do it after the fact, don't pay Dell's ridiculous upgrade prices).
