Looking for: PC Mobile Nano Sim card

I'm trying to help a neighbor find a nano sim card for his PC Mobile service. Having never dealt with them, I see what a ridiculous company they are. Customer service is almost non existant and as of today, their website is non responsive. When he finally reached them, they said because of COVID-19 they can't ship any SIM cards out. !!??!!?? They don't even seem to be available in any local stores (checked Loblaws, Provigo and Maxi). eBay only has regular and micro, and Amazon doesn't have anything.

Any suggestions? (Changing providers isn't an option at the moment)

Thanks!

It was a mistake. I hope the mods will move it ASAP. Thanks.

I have one but I am in BC, so that probably doesn't help you much as it appears you are in QC.

You should be able to find them at a grocery store though. Look for a cell phone display stand at the end of one of the isles. They have a location finder but it is run by the non functional website.

Are you looking for a replacement SIM card or a nano SIM card to use with an existing account? If you get desperate, it's possible to trim a micro down to nano.

Only the postpaid accounts got moved to Koodo. The prepaid accounts are still going as before.

The cards are probably still in stock at Loblaws locations. Some locations have a mobile shop, while others just have a self-serve kiosk. Years ago, they use to keep the SIM cards within the cabinet of the kiosks, but I've seen a few available without assistance on the outside more recently. But I haven't looked this year.

If it's prepaid service that you need this for, I recommend calling local Loblaws locations until you can get someone to physically check for SIM cards in stock. They aren't fast sellers, so you'll probably find some if you are in a sizeable city.

I helped a family member out a few years ago with getting a phone from PC Mobile. We visited a Superstore (where I remember there being a kiosk before), but the kiosk had been removed. We asked at The Mobile Shop, but ironically they didn't deal in the prepaid PC Mobile brand. However a local Independent store still had the kiosk (and still does) and we were able to get it there. So the answer may be to head for the smaller Loblaws stores, not the bigger ones.

Although if you need a new card that's also nano sized, could you buy a micro one off eBay and trim it down?
