Physical card arrived in 7 business days for me but it seems you can add it to Apple/Google Pay after opening account on PC Financial app (tap limit is $200).

No credit check whatsoever, as this a prepaid card. They are not allowed to do soft or hard checks for those. Only an identify/KYC/Address verification. It uses transunion too, but shows up no where on even your full report and does not matter if ur credit score is 0. Edit: They do offer optional overdraft, opting into that may indeed do a soft credit check since that is very much a credit-like feature, so it's possible you can get declined, or at least declined for that feature.
