PC Travel $99 travel credit - cancel and reimbursed?

Has anyone cancelled their PC Travel after they used their $99 travel credit? Was it reimbursed and are you able to re-use it?

I don't know whether they are making any exceptions due to Covid, but other than that, once it is applied that is it. It is not refundable whether or not you cancel a booking.

When I was a PC Insider, I applied it to a fully refundable hotel booking that I later cancelled. The $99 travel credit was not refunded and could not be used again.

From their terms:

If you cancel your travel booking the travel credit cannot be used again in the same annual subscription period. No refunds, credits or rollover of any unused value of the travel credit.

I cancelled two PC Insiders $99 travel credit bookings during COVID, and I got the full value credited to a travel voucher with the respective airlines.

Will be trying to convert the amounts for Air Canada to Aeroplan miles after Jul 5th, when the option becomes available.

Glad to hear they made exceptions due to Covid!
