some more details to help you guys get invested in this incredible once in a life time opportunity...

The IPO is set for 40 million shares at price of $26-$29...

I bet they will go with $29 as they are just looking to cash out on non-sense crazy... So about $1.2 billion raise in cash....

They also raised about $1 billion not long ago on a $4 billion valuation..

Haha for the most part all the high profile US IPOs this year have been trash. Beyond Meat one of few bucking the trend.

Much of the insanity lies at the feet of the PE firms bidding pre IPO financing rounds up to crazy levels,

The the casino will remain open regardless...

FYI @Doebird This priced today. Did you think the game was played in London earlier today, but they hadn't broadcast the taped delayed game in NA? Smiling Face With Open Mouth That used to be a thing. People will be talking about this for years to come ... as a spectacular flame out.

Let's just say the recommendation here would be to not attempt to purchase any shares of this company.

Remeber the underwriters of this deal are Goldman and Jp Morgan they might keep it propped up for a while.

I have to say anyone who bought this deserves what they get. The brokers are just feeding demand for these highly valued concept stocks.

Jpmorgan and Goldman have enough PM's and IA's, with enough money, to force their clients to buy this shit stock and keep price up there. 40 million shares is not a huge float.... like 1.3 billion in value.
I think price might stick in this range, or even go up in the short term... but in the long term, the real valuation of this shit stock will come out and it will be priced accordingly..... $0.
