Personalized plate costs

So on service Ontario's website, it shows it costs $310 to buy. Do I also have to pay $100+ extra for the license plate sticker?

yes, plate sticker is separate, when you bring the plates to MTO to register in your name, you pay for the plate sticker (how many months till your birthday)

$310 is just for the plate itself. The 1 or 2 year renewal sticker is a seperate cost.

I have one myself so I know :)

Had to weigh between personalized plates or spending money on car upgrades. I just wanted a specific number on my plate so i asked the lady and she gave me a plate that the first 4 characters were random and the last three were what i wanted. Got lucky but bought weather tech mats for the vehicle with the money i saved. Worth a shot if you dont care about the entire plate and just want a few specific characters.

If I have extra money laying around, I would prefer burning them in my fireplace............it is a quiet enjoyment.

Cheaper by public demand. Thats so when you come out from the store, it makes it easier to find which pickup with the gun rack is yours. :)

It was $240 two years ago. I got two and this year I got another two. Probably plenty enough for me.
