Peter & Adelaide

Just got an email from the builder saying that they closed their sale office at 120 Peter Street on 30 November "due to huge success of the project", does that mean they are sold out? Can't believe it is sold out that quick given the crazy price they charge at close to 1K psf!

They actually had reasonable prices, almost cheap comparing to other projects around, around 900 per SQFT.

900 psf is cheap!?!!! Are we living in New York or Hongkong now!!! Average income of Torontonian is less than 50K a year, need to rob a bank to be able to afford a condo these days!

Well it is cheaper than current prices in that area, in 3-5 years when it is ready, who knows what it is going to look like.
But again, when all other projects sell over 1000 per sqft, this one looks favorable.

101 Peter Street was sold a few years ago at less than 500 psf, it is now over 1K for resale, those who bought a few units last time can now retire already!
