It's so weird that their gift card vendor is giving me a hard time and cancelling my orders twice. I had to use another credit card and it went fine, the card took like 20 min to arrive.

The terms under the 15% off gift card banner says "not valid in stores". I assume this means the 15% off offer and not the actual gift card??

I don’t think petsmart ships to Quebec, I live in Montreal and keep getting my orders cancelled wigmth them indicating OOS. My aunt noticed fine print which says they don’t ship Qc, which may be why your orders are getting cancelled

I rarely shopped at PetSmart until someone here told me about Treats Trail game that gets me 25% off single item, and the multi-buy can foods on the current flyer are money saver since I have 2 kittens. The sales + gift card really helped. I just spent $200 easily for merely $170. It would be over $300 without discounts.

Yes the offer is online only. You can use the gift card online or in store.
