Is this PEX or Poly b (polybutylene) water pipe?

Is this PEX piping or polybutylene (poly b) hot and cold water pipe?

Almost all PolyB is grey. This is white. If it was installed after 1998 almost certainly PEX, after 1993 probably PEX.

The markings for ASTM codes "F876 / F877 / F2023" also mean Non-Barrier PEX. Can't read the CSA marking but should be B137.10.

Definitely PEX, those rings are the copper crimp rings used only for PEX.
