Philips 4K monitor issue

Anyone knows what would be the issue with the monitor? It’s a brand new Philips 4K monitor.
I got two , one is working fine the other one has some issues!
I’ve attached the picture.

looks defective. Did try the monitor with the other cable/port?

That looks cracked given the black diagonal lines that are not verticle or horizontal.

even without cable it's showing the same screen , I tried D-cable, and hdmi, same result

I got it from Costco, good thing is that I can return it, bad is that I have to wait in a line for almost an hour or so to return it!

No line ups for returns at my local Costco

There is no physical damage visible, assuming panel is broken from inside, so weird though!
