Physical sim card for HK, Mainland China, and Japan

So i'll be visiting all 3 in a span of 30 days. What sim card is recommended? 10GB of data would be fine.

Can buy it when i get to HK. Also, must be physical sim

so far i found is 30 day 8GB for 198hkd
