It is listed as one of the stores, and not among those not accepting the GCs. So sounds like yes you can use at Farm Boy. If they allow you to buy Farm Boy GC, you can then go to other Farm Boy locations.

Pickering Town Centre Gift Cards are currently not accepted at the following stores/services:
Akrilix Nail Salon
Continental Currency Exchange
Denture Clinic
Dr. Agarwal (Optometrist)
Dr. Tong – Dentist
Dr. Tse (Optometrist)
Durham Sexual Health Clinic
Edo Japan
Freshly Squeezed
Hot Nails & Aesthetics
Marlin Travel
Scotiabank
Sheridan Shoe Repair
Thai Express

Here's the deal breaker ...

MAINTENANCE FEES:

Pickering Town Centre Gift Cards do NOT expire. However, the gift card provider, Emerchants Ltd., charges a non-refundable $2.50 monthly maintenance fee after the 15th month of the original date of purchase. For example: If you purchase a $10 gift card on January 1st, 2013 and chose not to use it, or failed to return to Customer Service and have the balance transferred onto a new card during the required 15 months, Emerchants Ltd. will charge you a $2.50 fee on May 1st, 2014 and every month thereafter until the funds have been depleted. If you feel that you will not spend your card balance in the required time, please visit Customer Service and they will transfer your balance onto another card and you will have another 15 months to enjoy. You may also call the support number on the back of the card to have the 15-month period extended for an additional 3 months.

Also,
A total of $3,000 in bonus gift card dollars are available.

Isn't that a little low? Lol

Agreed, so they are expected to sell 20k of GCs, that seems a pretty low target imo, or maybe they just estimated the power of RFD

You can ...but cashiers are trained to stop you if they see you pay with it. I got away with a few, then got stopped by another cashier.

It can depend on the location, and even on the cashier. For the Oxford GC offer, I was able to use the Oxford GC at SDM to buy other GCs, at STC, and also at Yorkdale. The cashiers at both locations had no problem and seem to have done it before.

We use it at Farm Boy. The only problem is that you need to know whether you have enough of a balance for then to process the transaction.

My wife advised that you can use it to buy Farm Boy gift cards instead.

Thanks! My wife bought 200 I think. I will suggest she converts them to fb cards.
