It charges you just one $10 shipping fee for 2 boxes

Good thing I sat out their black Friday offer. There are a couple of things better about this one, the first is that the price is $20 off and the second more important one is that if you add 2, i.e. 12 bottles, then the shipping outside Ontario is still $30, whereas at the black Friday offer they doubled the shipping.

I'll think about it a bit more but might just end up getting 2 cases.

Can you store these for a long time? I'm thinking of ordering these now to give as gifts for next Christmas. Sorry if it seems like a stupid question.

I might've gone for that as well. But you should know that this is the true icewine, so the flavor will be more potent and it'll be even sweeter, which makes its pairings a more enjoyable experience.

They cellar well. I believe they're rated for cellaring until 2030+

I would, send me a pm and we can work something out. I'd suggest one of us buys the whole order, then sort out splitting it once received?

I could go for a bottle or two, if we can get 2 boxes total

Anyone know how long these keep good? Is there a expiry date to ice wine?

I might also be interested in 2/3 bottles if you are planning on getting 2 boxes

Icewine is a dessert wine, not a table wine. It's like comparing milk and ice cream. Icewine is drunk in small glasses (like 1-2oz), sometimes it's used in mixed drinks or as an ingredient in sweet desserts. For those purposes it's amazing. If I drank 9oz of icewine in one sitting like one large glass of table wine i'd feel like I had to go to the hospital ha

For what it's worth while the Vidal icewine is the 'classic', I actually tend to prefer the Reisling icewine (tastes like a lemon drop) or the Cabernet Franc icewine (tastes like strawberries and a bit of spice, like a hint of peppery cinnamon). To me Vidal tastes like apricot and honey, which is also awesome but kind of want to mix it up sometimes!
